Today, human capital plays a key role in increasing the production capacity. human capital has been mainly composed of two elements which are education and health; additionally, it is a collection of resources like knowledge, talents, skills, abilities, experience. İn this Study, effets of human capital componenets on Turkey’s economic growth were analyzed by VAR method by using the yearly data for period of 1981-2013.
