The physical environment also has a large share in addition to the service guality in the differentiation of enterprises from their competitors. This study aims to evaluate the status of the physical environment in first class restaurants operating tourism business in Istanbul in terms of customer comments on Tripadvisor. The data obtained in line with this purpose were analyzed by content analysis and it is revealed which physical environmental elements are in the forefront.
