Abstract

Today, people do a great deal of their work indoors, namely in their offices. Employees want to set up a structure so that they can continue their work activities in the office in an accurate and uninterrupted manner. This order; has a great significance for the user's working morale / motivation to be maintained in an integrity along with all the spatial and perceptive features. Users make some spatial arrangements inside their offices to personalize the space and try to create a space suitable for their experience. The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial arrangement that the various academicians who work in different departments within the Faculty of Fine Arts of Selçuk University have done for the personalization of the their offices. Within the scope of the research, it was researched how personalizations in the perceptual dimension affect the morale / motivation environment in the office space and the physical environment by the personalization in the spatial dimension. As a result of the study; it is emphasized that through perceptual and spatial personalization, the physical and moral environment can be affected positively, not a standard that can increase performance with morale / motivation in offices. Thus, users will be able to reflect the emotions and life culture in their offices as in a stage via personalization .
