Abstract

Turks spreading from their Homeland in Central Asia from Balkans to most eastern Siberia, except Balkans, during Ottoman period their relationship with other Turkish society gathered in three regions in general: Caucasus, Turkestan and Crimea. “Tatars” referred as Crimean Turks, began arriving to Crimean territory in 9th and 10th centuries. At that time, they were called ” Kipchaks” who referred as “Kumans” in Russian sources. Towards the end of 12th century, the “Golden Hord” state is established. Crimean Khanate under the Golden Horde, until the end of 14th century, by the true founder called Hadji Giray. Ottoman Sultan Fatih has sent Gedik Ahmet Pasha with an armada to Genoese colonies on the shores of the Crimean and Azov Pan in 1475 were put under Ottoman rule. The aim of the study; because of agenda in the world today, is to mention the relationship between Crimean Khanate and the Ottoman State based of the documents in Ottoman archives, in briefly As a method, Ottoman archives which has been translated into modern Turkish are used. Archieves are basic institutions of states are are based on nation history and culture’s real sources are very basic foundation of science. In finding, the Crimean Khanate who was establised in Crimean peninsula on the 1420-1783 as today is a pivotal position in Ottoman period. As a result, all the Turks of Ottoman Empire in general, has the distinction of being the center of the world and the leader, said to constitute a Turkish generation throughout Europe and Asia continents.
