The research data were collected by using a semi-structured interview form, which was developed by the researcher. Before the interview form was applied, main features of the sound recording and arrangement software which belongs to three different companies determined by the researchers, were explained and demonstrated by simple practices. The opinions of the music educators, who participated in the application, were taken by using a semi-structured interview form. The interview was held by obtaining the participants’ sound recordings personally. Those recordings were listened carefully and analysed. The data collected were summarized by using descriptive analysis technique and they were interpreted, and content analysis was made. As a result of this research which was done, it was determined that the majority of the music educators, who participated in the study, have knowledge of sound recording and arrangement softwares, however, only a few of them are able to use those softwares actively.
