Abstract

The management case is one of the most important business functions that exist together with the beginning of business activities. Businesses are confronted with many different factors while continuing their activities. Such factors cause changes in the enterprises. In this way, it is important to ensure the continuity of businesses and more efficient production and sales shortly in terms of reaching their goals and objectives more quickly by influencing human resources to accounting system, marketing to research and development and even the management concept itself. Especially today is acceptable as a technology age, it is seen that the concept of management has changed and also brought away different management approaches by moving away from the "table head" and only "command-command" principles. The aim of this study is to reveal what is the place of management in the "holacracy" system, which is accepted as a new management approach, and to discuss its applicability in organizations operating in Turkey. It is thought that the study will contribute to the management literature by introducing the holocracy system as a compilation study supported qualitatively.
