The purpose of this study is to reveal the climatic characteristics of Hassa in the Adana Area of East Mediterranean Region. Therefore, climatic characteristics such as sunbathing, temperature, pressure, winds, humidity and rainfall are included in the study. In accordance with the purpose of the study climatic data were analyzed through different techniques and evaluated with geographic information systems. Average values of daily, monthly and annual data from the station in the region between 1975 and 2014. However, the comparisons were made with the help of the stations while the blanks in the observation periods were filled with different formulations because there is not consistency in the values. Short term observations were converted to long term observations through comparative observations. Data gathered from different techniques were explained through comparison, distribution and cause and effect relations with figures. After the evaluations, it is found that Hassa is more prone to the land effect in terms of climatic characteristics.
