The study was carried out on 390 people who live in the province of Erzurum, over 20 years old, different socio-economic level. Data were collected by Personal Information Form, Altruistic Scale and Psychological Well Being Scale. Having a quantitative research design, this research used relational screening model. As a result of the analyzes, there was a high level of significant relationship between altruistic behavior of adults and psychological well-being. Also as a result of the analyzes, women and more close friends were found to have higher altruistic behaviors.
