The ceramic material used for the first time as mudbrick, and then, in sequence, as brick, glazed brick and tile in the architecture was also started to be used for artistic purposes in the 1950s. In the 1960s, when we saw the first examples of artistic surface ceramics in our country, while artifacts created by a collaborative work in the project stage of the structure gets attention, today a period is being lived in which the artwork-space relation is neglected. It is seen that in cities that are growing in a shapeless and unplanned way, there are not enough and quality works of art, and some of the ones that exist unfortunately get vandalized. On the other hand, the need for the right and distinctive contribution of art is increasing day by day in the perception of city and environment in the face of increasing visual pollution and disidentification.
