Bolman and Terrence E. Deal (1990) and developed by Dereli (2003) is a validity and reliability study in our country. In the analysis of the data was used t-test, one way ANOVA test. Results of the analysis exhıbıted that were hıgh leadershıp poınt the physıcal educatıon teachers. While there are no significant differences in the variables of becoming a national athlete, active sports and sports branches; A significant difference was found by they read in the class variable.
