Nowadays, thanks to the preparations for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the development in information technologies and, in turn, communication and production technologies change dimension through constant changes. Virtual organizations and businesses in any part of the world, which do not employ any staff and are connected by means of information technologies in order to produce and distribute certain products and services, combine basic skills, resources, customers and market opportunities in a virtual structure. This study theoretically analyzes virtual organizations, which emerge from the atmosphere of rapid change in technology resulting from the Fourth Industrial Revolution, through secondary data. Therefore, the study follows this pattern: Firstly, Internet of Services in virtual organizations is analyzed through technological factors. Secondly, the reasons behind the emergence of virtual organizations and their importance are explained. Thirdly, the process of virtual organizations as part of Industry 4.0 is examined. Finally, the organizational structure of virtual organizations as part of Industry 4.0 and effective models for this structuring are discussed. The primary aim of the study is raise awareness of business administrators and entrepreneurs in terms of virtual organization types and management. This is because virtual organizations will possess a great importance in the structures of future businesses and will be assumed as the vision of cyberspace age.},author={Naci Atalay DAVUTOĞLU},year={2017},journal={The Journal of Academic Social Science}}
