The technological developments in the field of change in the field of public administration have gained momentum all over the world in the last decade and some countries have taken some advanced steps in this regard. In the Republic of Turkey, both infrastructural and practical studies continue intensively. As an example of this practice, e-Consular services can be provided covering the actions of our citizens regarding the outside world. In our work, after the literature information about the consulate is given, the e-Consulate service will be examined in all aspects, and the innovations and facilities brought to it will be evaluated qualitatively. Supporting and awareness-raising projects will also be discussed.
