Abstract

In this study, the aim is to determine the problems encountered in the use of the scales of measurement and evaluation in the guide book for visual Arts Lesson determined by Ministry of National Educationand solutions offered fort he problems by teachers. As this study is intended to demonstrate that an existing situation descriptive research model was used to. . In this study, in the province of Samsun, towns and villages, reaching 50 visual arts teacher the questionnaire named "the Applicability of Measurement and Evaluation Scales set by the Ministry of National Education on Visual Arts Lesson’ has been used. In this study, statistical analysis SPSS for data analysis stage (The Statistikal Packet for the Social Sciences) program was used. In accordance with the data obtained, the findings and comments part has been established.
