Abstract

In the study, it was asked to express the characteristics of the employees that human resources specialists and managers observed the best, and it was aimed to reveal the relation of the competencies used in HRM. The working universe constitutes human resources managers and specialists operating in Istanbul. Qualitative research method was used as the data collection method in the study. In the qualitative research, the data obtained by interviewing the managers and experts of the human resources are coded especially by using the data evaluation program used in qualitative research methods. When coding is done, the competencies that have been widely used in terms of HRM have been revealed by associating with the prominent features of the employees in terms of HR managers and experts. It is evaluated that this study is important because it has not been studied in domestic and foreign literature related to the subject.
