Abstract

It is aimed to determine the differences and similarities among France, South Korea, United Kingdom, Hungary and Turkey’s results of PISA 2012 problem solving test in this study. So, six countries, which have similar education system and management and consist of two countries from higher, medium and lower levels in PISA, were compared in terms of efficacy levels of them and their relationships in problem solving test results with other study fields in PISA 2012. The study was a comparative study which is one of the types of qualitative study, and also document analysis was used to collect and analyse the data.
