@article{2016,title={METAFICTION AND THE STORIES OF MUSTAFA KUTLU},abstractNode={Although it is possible to bring up the first examples of metafiction from the time right after birth of novel, it became a remarkable technique, especially since the second half of the 20th century. There are certainly philosophical, socio-psychological factors underlying the spread of this technique among the authors. The damage in beliefs related to long narratives in postmodern area and the developments such as Einstein's relativity theory may be mentioned among these factors. The strategies of the metafiction technique that ignore or overcome the boundary between reality and fiction is seen in today's one of the important Turkish storytellers, Mustafa Kutlu’s works.
