Finding out variables and determiners of fair organization process would pave the way for understanding in question organizations, which have increasing potential of investments and producing added value. From this point of view, this study aims to determine the professional firms’ organization processes and occurring problems during the organization process. Within this scope, structured interviewing form, which was designed through the aim of the study by literature review, was conducted to 10 different fair organizers via face-to-face interview method. Findings show that one of the main determinants of fair organization process is potential and regional power of industry in which exhibition is organized; the city in which industry has more power is being preferred for the organization and the budget allocated for promotion and marketing of organization is insufficient on the occasion of firms’ incorrect price policies.
