The best examples are especially in Bünyan and Yahyalı carpets. Wool is mostly used in Yahyalı carpets and cotton is used in Bünyan carpets. One of the main charecteristic of Yahyalı and Bünyan carpets is colours used in them. While red, dark blue, black and dark colours are used in Yahyalı carpets, İn Bünyan carpets red, yellow, blue colours are used. Generally, althoughtwelve colours are commonly used in these carpets, with tones of these colours, variety of colours are about twenty.
