Abstract

Thermal tourism has a great share in tourism sector. With a non-ending 12 months long season, it is obligatory to use advantages of e-commerce for promotion purposes. This study focuses on the usage of e-commerce as a promotion tool. In this regard, 30 of 32 five star thermal hotels having tourism management certificates in Turkey has been researched.
