They have become preferable since they enable students involve in education whenever and wherever they want. Since Internet access which forms the infrastructure of this education is cheap, fast and widespread, it made the opportunity of following courses through internet more common, provided convenience both for students and education management. Web-based educational softwares are softwares which take on the duty in all processes from taking registration of students in education programs to handing out their diplomas, enable secure and effective use of system, provide opportunity of making use of various internet means in order to enable interactive or non-interactive communication among users. The basic aim of this study is to introduce WTUZEM software which is suggested and which provides convenience to this field.
