Abstract

Today’s competitive market conditions are getting more difficult to handle due to the impact of technological, economic and social change. These changing conditions cause an environment where the only constant is change. All businesses are struggling to survive in this environment, but being aware of their current value, they can perform a successful change process to adapt toward the change direction by using these values. This study describes changes that may upset the business in case of failure to adjust and assesses the planned change model and its stages. It has also been analyzed British Airways, Lufthansa AG and Turkish Airlines’ sailing capabilities through the changing winds and how to do plan and to implement the change management process which is essential to survive in a challenging market conditions like aviation sector.
