MANAGERIAL EFFECTIVENESS LEVELS OF YOUTH SERVICES AND SPORTS PROVINCIAL DIRECTORS GENÇLİK HİZMETLERİ VE SPOR İL MÜDÜRLERİNİN YÖNETSEL ETKİLİLİK DÜZEYLERİ
In this study the aim was to determine the managerial effectiveness levels of youth services and sports provincial directors. As the research aimed to determine the actual status, it was in scanning model. (among the descriptive methods) The study group of the research consisted of 79 volunteer staff (19 female and 60 male) working in Youth Services and Sports Directorate of Sakarya and Batman provinces. The data of the research was collected by managerial effectiveness evaluation scale. At the end of study according to general opinions of staff working in Youth Services and Sports Directorate, the effectiveness of youth services and sports provincial directors was determined to be at medium level. The opinions of staff about managerial effectiveness of directors do not significantly change according to their genders, ages, positions and service period.
