Abstract

The aim of the study, structural equation model commonly used in social science studies determine a way to approach the small sample level with partial least squares method by the analysis. The impact of agency has been researched that frequently investigated in structural equation modeling studies as part of national culture, organizational culture and job satisfaction scale. The collection of data for the study has been carried out with a questionnaire and the data was collected from a state university. According to the obtained results it has been reached the conclusion that the national culture explains the job satisfaction and the organizational culture positively and significantly (predicted that), the organizational culture remains insufficient to explain job satisfaction and could not have reached the effect of mediating between these two structures.
