Abstract

Objective of this research is to analyse moral decision making attitudes on sport of the student-athletes who study at universities across Turkey and are involved in sport teams of the universities at the same time in terms of different variables (age, gender, history of sportmanship and branch of sports engaged). Research group is formed by establishing the universities that attend to the competitions in branches of futsal, volleyball and basketball organized in dissimilar dates and provinces, Turkey. 35 universities across Turkey and 675 student athletes who study in these universities have participated. Survey method is used in the study, Cronbach alpha coefficient was calculated 0,81 in the validity and reliability tests conducted. In this context, Spearman correlation, Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis tests were employed. Finally, it is concluded that variables of age, gender, history of athlete and branch of sports are deterministic in scale sub-dimensions for moral decision maki
