When performing this analysis in Istanbul Stock Exchange (BIST) registered 12 commercial banks traded in the banking sector covers the period between 2007 to 2015 were used and analyzed. The application consists of three stages. In the first stage, the performance of commercial banks was measured by data envelopment analysis. In the second stage, the banks were re-assessed on the basis of performance Topsis. The third and final phase, the correlation between these two methods to measure the Spearman Correlation analysis was performed.
