Abstract

By approving as a reference of taking Nobel prize in economy in 1974, we should not consider him as only a famous economist. It is mean limiting him at the most. Actually, Hayek is more than this. Hayek whom opinions’ base has classic values of Austrian School of Economics, Scottish Enlightenment and Liberalism, will “construct” foundations of his theory on “limited knowledge”. Hayek lead to social sciences with “The Road to Serfdom” work in 1944. Hayek evaluated liberty’ definition as a “negative liberty” with “Constitution of Liberty” completing in 1960 and “Law, Legislation and Liberty” three volume work completing in 1979,and after developed justice expression by criticism to “social justice”. He will “be an important philosopher doing again definition of “law” and having role in making lively of liberal custom in twentieth century.
