Abstract

In the aspects of its geographical size, richness of natural sources, being a growing market and especially by the recent historical, political, cultural and economical changes in the last century, Russia is in a position of exceptionally striking country. Historical and political changes, started in early 19th century by the adaption of communism, has ended up with some cultural and economical changes; these changes have their reflections in various forms of business and organizational life and organizational behaviour. In its highly changing environment, ‘’Russian National Culture’’ is paradoxical in the aspect of the past traditional values and today’s end point capitalist values.
