Abstract

The aim of this study is to measure of the teachers' job satisfaction levels who are working in the rehabilitation and special education center. The working group is formed, 41 employees who are working in 13 rehabilitation and special education centers in province of Van. The datas were prepared from using "Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire" with specific information form. The job satisfaction levels of working group teachers were analyzed in all scales and subscales. As a result of the analysis, the levels of job satisfaction were found average. With this result, the teachers' job satisfaction levels must be increase and the ideas of teachers, which are intended for improving the works, emerged to be supported.
