Also, according to the laws and regulations which were created within the republic, the inspection system in Turkish education has been tried to be revealed. The study is a qualitative study; it depends on examining the documents. The Republic of Turkey, to be the modern state, to inspect the teaching and education, in 1926 within the Ministry of Education Organization law, arranged inspection regulations about inspectors rights, powers and duties and inspection approach in education has been considered as an important concept in organizing the education campaign. In having the unity in Turkish Education system, the inspectors undertook important missions.
