It includes various sensitivities such as vulnerability of children and it should be paid attention primarily. The criminal investigation of sexual abuse has some processes and one of them is victim statement process. It has certain standarts and is process that obtains information about sexual abuse crime from victim through forensic interview. It must be effective and obtained at once. It is also primary and major evidence in some cases. Therefore, it should include sufficent and detailed information for other evidences related to sexual abuse case.
