The working group of the research consists of 40 prospective teachers studying at Gaziantep University, Department of Turkish Education in 2014-2015 academic year. It is a case study of qualitative research methods. Semi-structured interview technique is utilized in collecting research data and the obtained data are analyzed by the content analysis method. The study provides in-depth information about the effects of a teacher leadership training program developed by the researcher on prospective teachers for higher education institutions, education faculties, academics and prospective teachers.
