Our study is the realization of quality work in businesses located in free zones utilized information technology free zone enterprises to medium and how it is perceived by senior managers perceive their differences and their possible causes, it aims to reveal the problems arising from differences in perspective during application. In this study, data, knowledge, information and technological development, Basic concepts of total quality management that implementing the free zone enterprises make up the limitations of the research, the definition of these zones are given information about free zones operation and our country. Finally, the analysis of data obtained in the research and evaluation was conducted. Based on the evidence we have gathered in this study; attitude among managers have been revealed differences in free trade zones. Manager of view were expressed on the use of information technologies.
