Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the structure of thermal tourism business in Turkey, in this structure by identifying customer expectations are met or failure to reveal the health expectations. Thermal tourism businesses in guest satisfaction, the only accommodation, food and drink can not be achieved on the impeccable service and recreation, but also with the arrival of the primary goals of health visitors is also expected to meet extent relevant.
