Abstract

Self-leadership, which will indicate the degree of fulfillment of the delivery of health care workers. The conflict is different from the concept to use in everyday language, it means to compete and fight. Thus, the conflict within an organization, to become a good way to manage, there are serious returns. Therefore, conflict management concept in the literature is to see a growing interest in recent years. The need for conflict particularly young workers, both self-perception of leadership is of more importance. On the other hand, examining the relationship between conflict with the essence of leadership is not enough work. Made in this study, we aimed to investigate the young health professionals' perceptions of the relationship between conflict management leadership with self perception.
