As a result of the proposal of International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge's, with the decision taken by the committee in 2007, "Youth Olympic Games" has been organized as a new organization and major sports event since 2010. In this study; the open air sculptures competition process and the experience and outcomes of an applied sculpture project organized as an art event within the II.
