It has offered a new means of broadcasting through the opportunities it provided. All broadcasting tools with a mass media power have tried to be controlled by both capitalists and the state throughout history. The state tries to regulate the Internet through the regulation laws it introduces today as well. In this study, the international and national internet regulation laws are examined to figure out how effective they are.
