This study is a descriptive research, which 1365 students and 313 teachers participated on a voluntary basis from 14 high schools in the İskenderun district of Hatay. Research data collected with “the attitude scale relating to universal values” developed by Demir & Koç (2009) and analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney U tests. According to the results of research, attitudes related to the universal values of high school students and teachers have been positive at a very high level. The attitudes towards the universal values based on “gender”; women teachers and girl students found to be more positive.
