INVESTIGATING COMMUNICATION SKILL LEVELS of TRAINERS WHO WORKİNG IN THE PROFESSIONAL TEAM SPORTS PROFESYONEL TAKIM SPORLARINDA GÖREV YAPAN ANTRENÖRLERİN İLETİŞİM BECERİ DÜZEYLERİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI
The purpose of this research was analyzing of communication skill levels of trainers who working in professional team sports in Elazığ city and examining the relationship between variables towards branch of sports, age, gender, education status, how many years are you doing this sport branch, how many years do you work with your coach. In this research that communication skill levels of trainers were evaluated, scale was used as data collecting tool. Scale were composed of two parts. The first part of scale includes questions twords describing particpants demographic features and in the second part ‘’ Communication Skills Scale’’ developed by İ. Yılmaz ( 2008) were used. Data of research computerised, also analyzed with SPSS statistic pocket program and significance level were considered p<0,05.
