Abstract

The fundamental aim of this study is that determine the situation of how many enterprises which rank among BİST 100 index, give place to the concept of environment in the context of ‘mission’ and ‘vision’. Besides, another objective of this study is that how the concept of ‘environment’ is defined in the statements of ‘vision’ and ‘mission’ in businesses. To achieve this goal, the statements of ‘mission’ and ‘vision’ of enterprises which rank among BIST 100 index (100), scanned in their websites. The statements of ‘mission’ and ‘vision’ that are located in Public Disclosure Platform, are included in order to the procure of notification of vision and mission of related enterprises which are inaccessible from internet. Thus, the ‘mission’ and ‘vision’ statements of enterprises which are rank among the index are reached.
