Abstract

Suleyman Pasha and Max Black contradict each other in the things that they have done in their own culture. While Suleyman Pasha was the initiator of the Western perception in eloquence, Max Black was the one who publicly ended the search for the "ideal language". It is of course very unlikely that Black has learned from the reforms of Suleyman Pasha for eloquence and thus seeks to deliver a new dimension to the ideals language. But what should be more strange and improbable, is it to deny that the efforts to merge eloquence with French rhetoric brought no results ; that the written Belagat books are based on a poem culture whose period is over; that it is better now to retract into the core of literature, metaphor and istiare; that modern culture is becoming more directed to the use and more importantly, to give up the search for the ideal language in the name of all the benefits and harms and try to change / evolve any good intentions, "the possibilities of language".
