Abstract

Training is one of the basic concept of vocational education. Students at each level can gained skills and information by applying the training program. Training is a set of applications that abstract school information to concrete work life implementations. One of the work area of education management is the concept of training. Education management has many learning theories in its historical process. In this study, relationship between concept of training and learning theory is revealed with David A. Kolb’s experiential theory. “Experiential Learning Theory” is the theory that sets out and evaluates the relationship between theory and practice. Experiential learning theory is the most efficient way of learning the concepts have revealed from their own lives and experiments.
