Therefore, the aim of the study is to identify the necessary-process (NP), dimensions (Ds), sub-dimensions (SDs) professional-teaching-standards (PTSs), and performance statements (PSs) as a national-framework for Northern Cyprus (NC). Case study under qualitative paradigm was used as the research strategy in this study. Participants were 19 educational-experts-for-necessary-process (EEfNP) and 43 study-group-members (SGMs). Various data collection instruments were applied. For data analysis, recorded interviews were transcribed. Through content analysis, data were put into categories and then themes and sub-themes were identified. The qualitative data yielded category 1, necessary-process.
