The goal of this research is to measure patient satisfaction of outpatients of applied to Akdeniz University Hospital, to scrutinize affecting factors to patient satisfaction and to improve suggestions. Prepared specific questions was used for outpatient, as keep in view actual circumstances of our hospital and as profit by accepted criterions of other patient satisfaction studies, at the data collection. At the end, total 2000 survey datas was appreciated and analyzed by SPSS-20 computer programs. In accordance with obtained results of outpatient surveys, %37 of participant who patients and their nears, are between 36-50 years old, %13 of participants are between 17-35 years old, %35 of participants are between 51-64 years old and %10 of participiants are 65 years old and up.
