Abstract
Philosophical approach to medicine has currenlty been more essential reviving medical ethics and enriching the context of responsibility of a medical doctor. This philosophical richness makes the medicine as an art, ‘a holly art’. This awareness of medicine showing that medicine does not only consist of application of scientific knowledge and methodology technically dates back to very ancient times. The importance of knowledge and virtuousness in the history of medicine have been recognized for thousands of years. For instance, the comman ground in oaths belonging to the well known philosophers such as Galen, Laennee, Hufeland (1762-1836) is see the human with the spirit bodily integrity; thus, respecting the life and preventing damage, being virtuous.
