Abstract

In today’s world, every firm aims to survive the markets around the world and to gain sustainable competitive advantage in an environment of global competition where borders are eliminated. To this aims, the firms implement various strategies to make a difference. The purpose of the study which of these applications between empowerment and reputation management positively or negatively to investigate whether there is a relationship. Although numerous independent studies have been conducted so far on both topics, no study was conducted upon the relationship between these two administrative applications. A case study was conducted in the banking industry within this context and a significantly positive relationship between these two administrative applications was found out in the correlation and regression analysis of collected data.
