The contribution of the administrative structure applied in Dersim to the formation of the feudal system was explained. The proper geographical status of the region which paved the way for feudal structure, production and consumption relations, transportation and communication, waste product, tribal organizations, political situation, Alawism, othering and the relationship between the banditry which is a livelihood and carries water to the mill of this order were questioned. The residential communities in Dersim and their forms of social organization were mentioned. It was also explained how local powers such as dynasties, aghas and sayyids deepen the feudal system by receiving government support.
