Abstract

Nowadays, despite the increasing the population of women in the business world, the female population at the senior management positions is observed that guite few. All of the most observed issue of the gender discrimination. This situation is called “glass ceiling” in managment literature. Glass Ceiling syndrome means all of the obstacles that place between women and senior management , are invisible and can’t be explained clearly. In this study, the Problems faced by working women in managerial positions will be investigated and then some of the strategies will be formed to overcome of that problems.
