The aim of this study is determining the schools’ existing financial fund condition, inquiring about financial fund problems faced in the schools and alternative solutions for it and providing information regarding the solution of financial fund problems through benefiting from the primary school administrators’ opinions. The sample of the study consisted of 47 school administrators who were chosen randomly among the ones working in primary schools in Bingöl, Solhan in 2012 - 2013 academic year. Qualitative and quantitative methods took place in the study. Two different data collection tools were applied in the research in order to obtain necessary data.
