Abstract
Seramik, insanlık tarihi boyunca farklı yöntemler ile şekillendirilip sırlı ya da sırsız olacak şekilde üretilen bir malzeme olmuştur. Seramiğin öyküsü Anadolu’da 6000’li yıllarda hacılar bölgesinde başlamıştır. Pek çok alanda kullanılan seramik sofra seramiği olarak da kullanılmaktadır. Başlangıçlarda tek renkli olarak üretilen seramik zamanla çok renkli, ince, hafif ve farklı formlarda insan hayatında yerini almıştır. Formlar üzerinde uygulanan yüzey tasarımlarıyla birlikte kültürel ögeler ve toplumsal beklentiler bu tasarımlara yansıtılmıştır. Endüstriyel alanda pek çok kullanım alanına sahip olan seramikler sofra seramiği sektöründe bir formun birden fazla sayıda üretilmesine olanak sağlamaktadır. Binlerce yıl öncesine dayanan seramik tarihi 18. yüzyıldan sonra endüstri devrimi ile birlikte pek çok farklı şekillendirme yöntemi ile günümüze kadar ulaşmayı başarmıştır. Endüstri devriminden sonra 19. yüzyıl sonlarında ortaya çıkan soyut dışavurumculuk akımı toplumsal yaşam, insan hayatı ve dünya politikasında oluşan büyük değişimlere karşı sanatçıların kendilerini ifade ediş yöntemi haline gelmiştir. Endüstri çağı ve bu dönemde yaşanılan olaylar insanları farklı düşüncelere iterek kendilerini soyutlamaları sonucunda soyut dışavurumculuk akımının temelleri atılmıştır. Soyut dışavurumculuk akımının etkilediği bir diğer sanat akımı seramik sanatıdır. Geleneksel yöntemler ile üretilmiş olan seramik formlar bu akımla birlikte deforme etmek ve asimetrik form oluşturma uygulamaları ile farklı boyut kazanmıştır. Forma yapılan deformasyonun etkisi sonucunda seramik sanatında soyut dışavurumculuk akımı kullanılmıştır. Seramik sanatında olduğu gibi endüstriyel alanda üretilen sofra seramiği ürünlerinde de soyut dışavurumculuk akımına atıfta bulunulmuştur.Bu araştırma kapsamında dünyada ve Türkiye de seramik sofra eşyası üretimlerinde deformasyon ve asimetrik formların tasarlandığı tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda dünyadan 3 Türkiye’den 5 adet yemek setinin analizi yapılmıştır.

Abstract
Ceramics has been a material that has been shaped by different methods throughout human history and produced to be glazed or unglazed. The story of ceramics began in the 6000s in Anatolia in the Hacılar region. Ceramics, which are used in many areas, are also used as table ceramics. Ceramics, which were produced in monochrome in the beginnings, have taken their place in human life in multicolored, thin, light and different forms over time. Together with the surface designs applied on the forms, cultural elements and social expectations were reflected in these designs. Ceramics, which have many uses in the industrial field, allow more than one form to be produced in the table ceramics sector. The history of ceramics, which dates back thousands of years, has managed to reach the present day with many different shaping methods after the industrial revolution after the 18th century. The abstract expressionism movement that emerged at the end of the 19th century after the industrial revolution has become a method of self-expression of artists against the great changes in social life, human life and world politics. As a result of the industrial age and the events experienced in this period pushing people to different thoughts and isolating themselves, the foundations of the abstract expressionism movement were laid. Another art movement influenced by the abstract expressionism movement is the art of ceramics. Ceramic forms produced by traditional methods have gained a different dimension with the applications of deforming and asymmetrical form creation with this trend. As a result of the effect of deformation on the form, abstract expressionism was used in ceramic art. As in the art of ceramics, the abstract expressionism movement was also referred to in the table ceramic products produced in the industrial field.Within the scope of this research, it was determined that deformation and asymmetrical forms were designed in ceramic tableware productions in the world and in Turkey. As a result of the examinations, 5 food sets from 3 Turkey were analyzed.
