In many areas of the business world, personel related problems are encountered. It is seen that a significant portion of these problems have been solved by the owner of the work by hard measures. However, academic studies have shown that the problems caused by the personnel were caused by the inadequacy of the efforts towards organizational commitment. Our study is based on the relationships which are an important subject of organizational behavior. In this context, field research has been conducted in accounting offices and it has been tried to reveal the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational behavior.
